White Rock

Earlier this summer we took off to White Rock for the day. I shared a few pictures a while ago but have more to add for your viewing. Unfortunately I was trying to upload these quickly and forgot to put them in order of sequence. They are backwards so as you scroll down the kids will get cleaner and cleaner....if only it were that way:)

Malachi enjoyed all that different wildlife on the beach. He loved chasing the seagulls.

Jayda was very busy filling up buckets and making castles. As the tide goes out little pockets of shallow water are left all over the beach. This makes for a very nice place for the kids to play without having to worry about deep water.

By the end Jayda thought it would be fun to get mommy all dirty too!

The sights are truly breath taking!

Indoors it can get hairy sometimes but outside these two are fantastic together.

Our shell collector.

Daddy's boy:)

I love the groves and ripples that the ocean puts in the sand. It looks and feels so neat.

When we arrived there was a very light haze just hovering over the entire beach as the moisture was dissipating.

Most of the sand made it into Malachi's mouth at some point. He actually swallowed so much sand that the next day his poop was extremely gritty. Each wipe felt like an exfoliator. All of the next shots are of the different times I caught Malachi red handed or with evidence.

As soon as we reached the beach Jayda got straight to playing. White Rock is her absolute favourite place and she could just play and play all day.
