Sesame Street!

A few months ago Andrew got an email that Sesame Street was going to be coming to town. He proceeded to not only get tickets but purchased front row seats with backstage passes to meet the characters....:) So, a few weeks ago we headed to our entertainment centre at 6pm to meet Elmo and Cookie Monster! They were quite large in person so a lot of the kids were terrified. One little girl in line kept saying, "I don't want to meet Elmo, I don't want to meet Elmo" over and over again. With a bit of encouragement (and mommy and daddy right there) our kids were excited, and timid, to meet these friendly characters.

The snacks were just as exciting as the show!

The Count was my favourite because he had some seriously sweet moves:)

This face was caught mid scream in delight. Malachi thought this was awesome.

With being in the front row we were right at the steps where the characters came on and off the stage. So each time they would come over and shake our hands or rustle our hair:)

Buggy eyed wonder. So much to take in, but let's not forget about our popcorn.
