To the 'Peg and back again!

We just spent a week enjoying sunny Manitoba with family and friends.  The trip was planned to introduce everyone to Malachi, as my whole family still lives there.  Other then the crazy mosquitos we had a great time.  I was able to kick back and relax while people entertained Jayda and held Malachi....just what I needed:) Here are a few pics from the trip.

Sunning on the deck

Grandma took many opportunities to snuggle with little M

Jayda loves to write peoples names so Auntie Shell was helping

Just chillin' with Papa

Helping Grandma garden before we had company over for the evening

Father's Day was spent at the lake. Andrew joined us in Manitoba for a few days so that he could be with us on this day.  It was nice to be able to celebrate with him as he is a fabulous dad.  Funny, generous, lovable, entertaining, encouraging and the list could go on and on...we love you daddy!

We also love this dad.  It was nice to be able to spend Father's day with my dad this year.  Note Malachi's shirt, "My dad is rad".

For those of you who don't have a sense of humor don't look at the following picture.  Jayda loves to try anything, including beer!

Always naked.  If clothes were optional I don't think Jayda would ever wear any.  She comes by that naturally because Andrew thinks the same way.

Sheer joy!

Giving Grandma a ride.

For a kid who never naps Jayda sure was out like a light. She fell asleep on Grandma's lap one afternoon.

Cheesy grin:)

We have missed Amy and Mark like crazy this year. It was nice to see them again. Mark kept Jayda entertained with the pond and sidewalk chalk.

Learning how to throw a helicopter.

I was trying to trick Kennedy to walk. She did one step for me so I'm sure she will be walking the next time we see her.

Hiding from Papa!
